A seasoned Business Leader and a reputable I.C.T Engineer, Andrew has 20 years post graduate industrial experience, rising through the ranks to become a ICT executive in a leading local mining house, before resigning to grow Konand Technologies. Decorated with Technical, Managerial and Leadership attainments, Andrew also Chairs the Board for Coalfields Primary School as part of his wide social responsibilities.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree from Bindura University of Science Education, a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from University in Zimbabwe, an d Executive Diploma in Business Leadership from Zimbabwe Institute of Management, and is an ISO certified Information Systems Security Implementer, as well as an ISO 9001:2015 certified Systems
Auditor.

Having developed the footprint of Konand Technologies, Elizabeth continues to extend the footprint and has made Konand Technologies a market force to beat in the ICT industry. A Strategic Administrator, Elizabeth leverages on her personality and character of goal orientation and service delivery.

Daphne is a seasoned I.C.T Engineer having served industry for 9 years. A holder of an H.N.D in Telecommunications, Daphne is an all-rounder I.C.T professional for both Workshop Repairs, Telephone Systems Installations, Networking, and general I.C.T equipment and Support.
